Synagogue Building Fund News While, unfortunately, the negociations for the first few buildings we had hoped
to acquire fell through, the search goes on to acquire a building for a permanent
home for the Beit Keneset. In the mean time we continue to use the temporary Beit Keneset in the home of our Hakham. More details will be made available as things
progress.
Our congregation is incorporated in the State of New York under Section 402 of the Not For Profit Corporation Law (Religious Corporation) and according to IRS publication 1828, Synagogues are automatically Non-Profit (501c3) corporations. We are therefore authorized to accept tax deductible donations and issue receipts for tax-deductible donations exceeding $250.00 per individual. If you would like to contribute to the building fund, please contact the Hakham
