Nathan ben Yehudah - Account of his Life

Little is known about Nathan ben Yehudah. He lived in the thirteenth century. A passage in his name on the subject of calendar-lore is quoted in a Bedleian manuscript dated 1584. He is also quoted in Moshe Misorudi's Miswot Moshe. Though it is not known where Natan lived, due to the fact that Constantinople was under Christian dominon at his time, it is not unlikely that he lived in the Crimea.
