Yaakov ben Reuven - Account of his life
Yaacov ben
Reuven dates from the last half of the twelfth century. He is the author of a
Hebrew compliation on the Bible, which exists in manuscript in several libraries
(Leyden, Paris, St. Petersburg), and a part of which (from Jeremiah on,
excluding the Psalms) was published by the Karaite community in Eupatoria (in
1836). He lived in Byzantium. |
